How I lost 50 lbs Without Counting Calories

If you've ever tried to lose weight, then chances are you've been on a diet and maybe even multiple diets, but did they work?

So, if you're someone who ended up in this unrecognizable postpartum body and tried diet, after diet, after diet and ended up feeling discouraged with results that didn't last, then chances are you can relate to this story.

Through two painful pregnancies and 4th trimesters, I had gained 50 lbs with each pregnancy and I lived in a body I didn’t even recognize. I went on diet after diet after diet and punished myself with exercise thinking that I should KNOW and do better because I'm a personal trainer.

It wasn't until I went through my births and STOPPED dieting that I actually lost and kept off over 50lbs of weight.

I realized that the consistent hate for my body was keeping me trapped in yo-yo dieting and causing me to never be satisfied with how my body looks and feels. It wasn’t until I started to build a better relationship with my body, stopped dieting, and started exercising efficiently, I started to not only see results, but maintain results.

Now I get to spend my time with my friends and family instead of stressing out about what I’m going to eat, and how I’m going to get my workout in.
